I am excited about my trip to Dallas. I leave tomorrow night and come back Sunday afternoon. After work tomorrow I will pick the kids up from school and take them to Daniel's Mom's, then my Mom is going to come get me after she gets off work and makes the drive up here. I will get to sleep late and go shopping and spend some time with my Mom. I am really excited. ;)

I can't stand the Yankees baseball team. Especially now since they went out and got A-Rod. They're the only team that can afford all of it. I saw Joe Torre (Yankees Manager) on ESPN interview last night talking about the "big burden" on their shoulders to when the World Series and how it's not easy for them. Bull, they've got a payroll that's at a huge margin between the second highest paid team. They're just mad that a bunch of rookies from Florida went up there and spanked them in their park for the World Series, and with less than 1/3 of the total payroll that the Yanks have. :mad:

Don't get me wrong. Joe Torre is supposed to be a wonderful guy from what I hear, and the Yankees are a great team. It's just they shouldn't talk of the "burden" they have. They're paying for the best team money can buy. Think about these low budget teams that fight and duke it out with them! Oh well, that's my random outburst for the day.

I have an update on my brother :(

He is now living back with Mom and Dad right now. I'm still not sure what happened. There must have been a big fight or something? I just know that my brother has been very depressed for a long time and Mary(his wife) can be very naggy and bossy, and shje pushes him all the time cuz she is used to getting her way in everything. Its probably gotten worse with everything going on with her mom(Teresa) :( I love Mary to death but she has a lot to work on! I think a break is what is desperately needed! My brother really wants to work with computers but the college he went to was just a little college and they didn't teach him enough for him to get the job he really wants. Maybe this will give him some time to achieve some of his goals that has put off for a while.

I am feeling sorta confused right now. I am not really sure what to do about everything that's going on in my life right now. I read in a magazine that you should take 10 minutes each night to make a quick to-do list of the things you need to get done the following day. No more then 10 and no more then you can realisticly (sp?) accomplish, and that it helps to prevent stress. I may have to try that. ;)

Yeah, try not to think of too much at once. It can overwhelm and paralyze you, for sure, then nothing gets done...Been there, done that, hehehe. I try to focus on one thing at a time, even when the list is long, otherwise, I won't get anything done because then I start panicking that I won't have enough time to finish it...Life can be crazy sometimes.

I went to this new Irish Pub here in my hometown today called Molly Brannigans. It was SO cool. They brought fireplace mantles, wood work etc... from Ireland to bring to this resturaunt. The food was FABULOUS!!!! I walked in and they were playing "Electrical Storm" from U2 and I had some great Irish food and Irish drink. WAY COOL place I will go to every time I come home now!

I've had a good day today. Everyone was happy to see me back at school from being sick and all my friends gave me hugs. :D Me and my friends are thinking about taking a road trip to San Antonio next week, but we're not sure exactly how to get there. The thing is we all can drive, but it's mainly our parents who make the decision. :rolleyes: Okay here's the deal...one of my friends can't drive b/c she drove to Rockport one day without telling her parents and so she got grounded for awhile and lost their trust. My other friend can drive to S.A., but she has an older car and her parents are worried it will have problems on the way. Another one of my friends also has that same problem. I'm the only one left and I haven't driven to S.A. at all. I was supposed to weeks ago, but my dad never let me. My parents have a lot of trust in me so maybe they'll let me take them, but I still have the unpleasant decision to ask them tonight. :eek: That's going to be something...let me tell ya. lol!

Unfortunately I got way too drunk too!I paid for that the next day. I also had some friends over Saturday that I haven't seen in like forever! It was a really nice day and Sunday got a new washer and dryer. We just relaxed that day and yesterday. Sara is sick today and :vomit: everywhere. She's only 2 and hasn't really grasp the concept of the toilet bowl being a better place to do that! It is getting better though!

i'm fucking pissed off.... drove back home to st. louis yesterday afternoon for the Missouri Valley Conference men's basketball championship between Southwest MO State (SMS) and Northern Iowa (UNI). got back @ 2 this a.m., skipped my 2 classes (@ 8 and 9:30) b/c i was f***ing tired. anyway, the refs fucking sucked at the game. i swear, they were racist or something. UNI's only player to foul out was their only black player; we had 2 of ours foul out. some shitty-ass calls, though. lack thereof (in our favor), too. but SMS managed to overcome those fucking zebras and take the game into double-ot, only to lose. so no ncaa tourney this year; nit's a safe bet, though.

Well, what a night I had! Spent it in the hospital with Sara. She had been vomiting all day and she wasn't keeping anything down. We took her to the doctors and they admitted her because she was dehydrated. She was a little trooper. She barely cried when they put the IV in her arm and they took blood from her this morning and she waited until everybody left before she cried. She's home now and doing much better. She still isn't real crazy about eating anything but she is doing alot of drinking! just keep her in your thoughts. I really don't think she wants to go back so , I'm trying to get her to eat. Thanks you guys! I really appreciate your kind words. He and I talked last night and I got a little scared, but he never touched me. I am still sort of torn on what to do with the kids. I want them to have both of us, but I want to do the best thing also, so we have agreed to do counseling. I will get out if it gets where me or my kids are in harms way, but I want to put everything I can into my marriage to make it work. I did find out some information I don't know how to deal with, that he's cheated and that is tearing me apart inside, but I hope it all works out. I am gonna try my best. Thanks again!

I hope that counseling is the way for you both but it will be a very very hard struggle... This period you're in now, will be one to just survive this situation in the first place for yourself and the kids!

She's just kind of laying around. She hasn't been sick again today but I know she still doesn't feel well because she is very quiet. That's how I know when my kids are sick because I never hear a noise out of them. She's been real cuddlely too if you know what I mean. She just wants to curl up with me and lay down. Hopefully one more day of rest and she'll be better tomorrow, Her Godfather is coming to visit her tomorrow. That will make her smile! :)
