PM problems!

Does anyone on here get a "pop up" when you get a PM? I only get a "pop up" once in awhile, it is annoying really! You never know when someone PM's you unless you put in on a post of always go back to the main page on the BB and look at the little light bulb! I wonder if Steve can fix this?

I get one once in awhile too Jen, but I have an email notification right away if I get a PM. I don't guess you can get that at work, so maybe Steve can help you out.

Jen , I also get an email sent to me when I get a PM. That is usually the only way I know I have one unless I go to the home page for users (whatever it is called).

Yeah I get the e-mails too, BUT we used to get the pop up things to say you have a PM. That way when you are on the board and someone wants to tell you something you know it is there without having to look on the fist page of the BB all the time!

I only get my pop up's every so often, too. I even went in and checked to see if I had accidently clicked "no" for that option by accident, but I hadn't. I wonder what the deal is.
