about this board is the way it tracks how many people read the thread.

I know every board has "lurkers"...I was one for MANY MONTHS on another board before I ever posted. I never saw it tracked before though or realized how many people read a thread without posting. Some of these threads have a LOT of readers.

Don't know why, I find it fascinating....the life of a message board.LOL!!!!

No, your status changes when you reach a pre-determined number of posts. See? I´m weathered, coz I posted over 1500 (or was it 3000?)

Others are Shackled Hero, Freedom Fighters, etc...

I should say browsing, a much nicer word Steve uses here. Other boards say lurkers..sounds sinister, doesn't it??

And yes it is pretty cool to see how many people have posted replys and how many people have viewed the thread
