ESPN's Baseball Tonight
Anyone who knows of Chris Berman knows he just loves coming up with weird-ass nicknames for athletes. Case-in-point: he refers to a particular Cardinals player as Albert "Winnie the" Pujols. Pretty lame if you ask me. But, I was watching Baseball Tonight last night when, in light of what I'd seen just a short while earlier on SportsCenter (mentioned here), it was a little more interesting this time when he referred to the Chicago White Sox's Joe "Six Feet from the Edge" Crede (pronounced "Cree-dee"). Boomer still annoys me, though.

I love all those silly nicknames. And that's a pretty good one, I must say

Haha, that's awesome! I've actually been known to draft Crede as my fantasy back-up 3B for the simple fact that he's got a name that is so close to being "Creed".
My team this year features the likes of Johnny Damon and Mike Piazza, two big Alter Bridge fans.
