What a crock of $#!&
No No No, nobady expected Scott to say i am sorry for getting shit faced, not to say we don't deserve that because we do! But what I was expecting was Sorry you fans had to witness that and we will refund or give you a new show now! Not next year NOW! It's a load of crap! This apology is worse than the actual incident itself. I can't believe that every fan not just Chicago doesn't feel they have been slapped in the face. JHMP is the worst management company ever it took them 3 weeks to put out a statement and when they finally do they insult us even more! You know I understand that they weren't going to be frank and say he got smashed and we are sorry, but damn honestly that letter alone probably caused Creed to loose 3 million next year from Chicago alone...The reason i say JHMP is dumb is because they just iced the fact that every one in Chicago will never support creed again, besides my dumb ass because I love them so much...As much as I totally don't want to support STAPP anymore I can't but got I wish I could he has turned against me. I tell you all one thing when Tremonti comes out with his solo stuff mark down 5 copies for me!!!

What the hell is feedom?
Perhaps you should take your own advice. About the whole Chicago show? TELL IT TO SOMEONE WHO #1. CAN DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT AND #2. ISN'T SICK TO GODDAMN DEATH OF HEARING ABOUT IT. Thanks, Carrie, for clearing up that matter. Apparently not all of us non-Chicago dwellers hated the show as much as you, Rob. Sorry you Chicago fans had to witness that. And maybe if you ask nicely and say pretty please with sugar on top they'll drop everything, get the crew, roadies, carpenters, electricians, soundmen, truck drivers, caterers, etc. back together for one more show. Sure, they'll just drop everything they are doing because of a slew of angry fans who won't be contented with anything short of Scott slitting his throat onstage. Do you think THAT will appease you? Hey Einstein, the concert was Sun, 1/29. The statement came out less than 2 weeks later. Do the math.

Hmmm.... How is Bill Clinton having his penis in Monica's mouth even comparible to the Chicago incident? For god sakes Bill Clinton was the leader of the free world(shitty one at that) but still he was in the OVAL OFFICE and was the damn president! Gee a rock star getting shit faced and putting on a crappy show, or the president of the FREE world getting head in the oval office of the damn white house by an intern, Hmmmmmm doesn't compare to me!

This is exactly what I'm talking about. Other non-Chicago people should be looking at this issue, seriously, too. This is a MAJOR issue for Creed. If they are going to appear to be uncaring for their fans, the huge grassroots fanbase they have now will die out -- and the band will not survive.
I don't know exactly how Scott feels about this incident, because he has not spoken out about it in any fashion. We need to talk seriously and forcefully about this, BECAUSE we care about Creed's longevity. "Blowing it off" and "getting over it" is not going to solve this problem. The band (Scott, primarily) needs to understand that this kind of fan neglect is going to slowly kill Creed if it is purpotrated in the future.

I doubt this very much. You may die out as a fan, but most rational-thinking fans will not.

Ok, if Scott had appeared drunk at shows throughout the country I'd say, yes, maybe it's the end. But for crying out loud, one show out of 300 does NOT INDICATE THE END OF THE BAND. Give this a rest please.

Gaah! How many times do I have to say:
it's not the drunkeness part... it's the nonresponse/nonapology after the fact. THAT's the issue, and it's not irrational.
