Ya but its just a single, if it was "Full Circle" the album than thursday would be cooler for a release date. Metallica's "Death Magnetic" album was released on a Friday worldwide so everyone could get the album at the same time. Anyone thought that maybe the 23rd release date was for Australia? US could be 21st? where is Lex when you need him????

He sent me a PM this morning but didnt address the single matter cuz i didnt ask him in my message a few days ago. I just sent him a message asking for confirmation on that date and he didnt reply lol cuz he isnt online

oh and regarding the metallica thing, i had signed up on mission metallica and preordered the album. the week it came out i was all psyched for friday. tuesday i came home and there was a package from warner bros in the mail, i thought "thats weird" so i opened it and it was my copy of DEATH MAGNETIC!!!!! haha i was so stoked

Patience is a vertue my friends..I'm sure some news will come out later in the week if we are to here the new single spinning on the radio next week sometime. I remember the day I picked up Death Magnetic, Hurricane Ike blew through Houston so I couldnt listen to the album while my power was out..I was beyond Pissed...

Man, It's been a while I don't log in here! lol I am always watching without commenting.

I wish we could know something else. I don't believe we'll hear the single next week but who knows, maybe it's soon. Hope Lex comes here soon!

Im just downloading the interview now I will post a link in a few hours. The Website is crap same with VH1's no information whatsoever. Unsure if 23rd is our time or yours.

Maz (The interviewer) asked Scott so when will we hear the new song. He said 23rd in 10 days or so same with the cincinatti radio interview. That might just be played on the radio not sure confirmation would be nice.

we got the Green Day single same time as you. That was a Friday our time Singles don't normally come out til Sat here either. So it has happened before

I found this article it says Album release date is 25 August 2009 again nothing offical so I am cautious but here it is anyway:
