Wait on...
Wait on... 3am and I cant fall asleep But what is there to sleep for? Do I need stregnth for the day? What for? Waking up to nothing Prolonging rising was my goal Open eyes to light Dark soul The same question enters my mind Same one every day I fear Needing once again to confront it: "Why am I here?" You know the answer I turn my head and sigh Trying to ignore You But if You dont speak I'll die So I wait for You to announce The plan of Your's that's mine What if this waiting is just like sleep A waste of time? While I wait could You please Help my unbelief So I savour every waking moment Instead of sleep If I lack inspiration Breathe into my art And if I'm loosing faith in You Minister to my heart You promise that You give hope And a future plain So I wait for You to make these dry bones Live again
