ok this was sad...but true...
we all knew this...or we feeled it... I hope the guys are happy and I want to Wish Scott Stapp, Scott Phillips, Mark Tremonti, Brian Marshall and Myles Kennedy great luck and a succesfull year! By the way... Scott Stapp, Scott Phillips and Mark Tremonti... You guys have been awesome this 8 years... Although i had not oppertunity to see these guys live here in Europe... Im sure the three of them are very happy now, and so am I! I cant wait these 60 days... Alter Bridge album will be released 10th of august i cant wait! And Scott Stapps official page will be up soon...  |

one question: this greatest hits compilation that's in the works, would it be ultimately pointless to purchase it if you already have the other 3 albums? i mean, other than for the sake of having "their last album" and all.

oh, yeah, can't wait 'til "One Day Remains" comes out! 2 months (and 6 days)!!!!!!!!! hopefully this acoustic radio tour they speak of will stop at the Point or KSHE here in town! i know i'd love to see 'em, or at least hear it.
and as for stapparoni, i guess the rumors about The Passion were half-true. Not on the actual soundtrack, but on a "music inspired by" dealy-whopper

Some people like to have everything a band ever released, so for those folks, the compilation will be a must. I'm on the fence about it myself. Between the albums and the bootlegs, I don't know if I want a greatest hits CD. If it includes some video concert footage on a DVD or something, I might go for it.

By the way, did anyone else but me felt like
 when you read the article on MTV.com? The last words from Flip were just simply beautiful... Beautiful in a way only Creed can be. And I'm gonna miss you guys as a band, even if I'm at least as excited for Alter Bridge and Stapp's solo as I would be for their new album. Flip said:"Even if you hated us or loved us... Remember us" (Man, I'm almost crying!!)

I'm sure it will be like the Stone Temple Pilots greatest hits called "Thank You" that came out in November.
It had one new track, one acoustic track, and and slightly more expensive version came packaged with a DVD with lots of concert footage and all their music videos. |
