Re: Black Market Radio
Wow, this is cool. The radio station that interviewed BMR Friday night before their show has posted the interview for download. YES! Here is the link for anyone who's interested. It includes an in-studio performance, too! I can't wait to get this when I get home.

Re: Black Market Radio
YEAH! I saw them last night. Incredible!! THey REALLY deliver live. They did an awesome job. They played about six songs I knew, and a couple that I didn't know, including one called Link that is now my favorite song of theirs. Holy crap, great intro, cool riffage and a grooving bass line. I think it could be a really good single. The chorus is very catchy. I've heard that the album is mastered and is getting ready to be pressed, so it should land in the next month. I sooo can't wait.

Re: Black Market Radio
The club was cool, too. Small, intimate, nice. And the drinks weren't too expensive . I can't wait until Tuesday. I'm seeing them again on my home turf. YEAH!!

Re: Black Market Radio
Weeeeeeee, I saw them again last night in Philly!!!!!!!
WOW, that's all I can say. They played the Grape St. Pub in Philly as part of WMMR's Tuesday night all original lineup and they ROCKED THE F*CKING HOUSE! Philly was loving them. I have been to Grape St. on many a Tuesday, and that was the most people I'd seen there ever! The place was packed for BMR and they went on early, too, so that was fricken cool. They opened with Warned You, which is sooo awesome live, and though the set was shorter than the show at Don Hill's on Thursday, it rocked just as hard. In fact, I think the band in general had more zip in their step. Peter and Keith were really animated and played off each other a lot. Peter did that wayyyyy sexy guitar move during Link, but this time, it was right at the edge of the stage....YEAH! Link is my new favorite BMR song now. There is something really cool about it. The vibe is incredible. It just GRABS YOU. I so can't wait for this album! Peter was a little more chatty with the crowd this time and he really felt the Philly love. Man, Philly LOVES awesome rock, ha ha. Keith was all over the stage and rocking his ass off. I can't tell you how much I enjoy the jamming in between songs. That is just beyond cool. This was their first official Philly show, and I'm so glad I was there to witness it. The radio guys even had some nice things to say about them the day after! The other songs they did were Big Stones, Wave (FUCKING AWESOME), Good Riddance and another one, but I can't remember right now, because I've got a good buzz on from some kick-ass Australian shiraz, ha ha. Anyway, go SEE THESE GUYS if you can. They are so worth the price of admission!!
