Itchin for a Tremonti Solo album?

Is anyone else really excited about a possible Mark Tremonti Solo Album?....I KNO I AM!!!!!

Man that would be so sweet!!! Altho i think itd be sweet if Flip and Bret played on it too. but then stapp would be left out. So if they just made a cd with them doing minimal things and Tru like soloing every minute, id be satisfied

i think mark would either play bass also...or get some buddies from wind-up or sumthing.....it'd be really kool if he did some duets with other kool guitarist!

Stapp may sing on a couple tracks... Flip will record for sure drums and keyboards lines!!!
Just the bass thing, maybe Tru plays it, or give them to Brett, or to Brian.... who knows?

Yes, that would be awesome. I'd even like a few instrumentals, to see how he could make that guitar talk! Teaming up with another guitarist would be cool, too.

Okay, is this a done deal or are we just projecting how great a solo album would be? I don't want to get my hopes up if this is just imaginary.

Tremonti needs to do this. he's a good guitarist. listen to MOP... he can play. but the band is holding him back. he needs to either do a side project with more freedom or go solo. He'd be a lot better off... and it would be some kick-ass music too.

on the CreedFeed Main page it says mark's writing music for himself....for a possible solo album....At least that's what i remember....

Though I like Mark's playing best when he plays the real heavy stuff, I think for a solo album I'd prefer to see him do some real singer/songwriter stuff -- just him strumming and singing.

Yeah...Mark accaully has a real nice voice....like on MOP particularly(SP?)

I beg to differ...

weathered has mark´s best riffs, best solos, best experimental stuff... it has his hardest song (bullets) ever too...

It shows how he really improved in all skills since mop...

a solo album would be awesome... of course I expect some harder songs, coz he´s more metal head than stapp, but I bet it won´t be all hard...

specially coz he wrote a song for victoria...

he has a great voice, but he doesn´t like to sing that much... that´s not necessary at all, imo, for a good work...
