He is an asshole, we fight almost every time I work, he is 37 and an arrogant SOB!
 He is a back specialist and he has no knowledge of "other medical issues" and he comes and gets me out of other patients rooms for piddly little things he can't figure out. Tonight he came and got me to help him dose a certain med, I was in the middle of helping another doctor in a room with a patient and he wanted me NOW, he would not wait!!!!!! I had my hands literally full of blood doing a dressing change and he said "Jennifer I need you now, I don't know what med to order" I looked at him and said "As you see I am in the middle of something!" He said well I need you here now! I said "when you give me half your paycheck and treat me like a civil human being, then come get me"!!! LOL........ he just stood there and looked at me, he did not know what to say! Later he came and patted me on the back and said " Your quit the firecracker hugh, sorry but your the only one I trust with the dosing" I just rolled my eyes and said " You have NO IDEA how much of a firecracker I can be"
