sometimes, she stares, at me, at that old broken bar same saturday night crowd that i use to hang around she was like the nanny in red when everyone else was wearing tan always the life of the party when the lights went down there was no holding her down no holdering her down in that old deand end ghost town, oh her salvation was that old broken bar in that old dead in ghost town, if you would close your eyes you would miss it yes you would miss it, i,ll think i,ll turn around if only for a little a while, all our dreams and revloutions was broken pieces, on the floor, oh yes we heared before just so many times before oh to many times before but could,nt do no more our demons would dance upon us she called theme all out and knew all their names dont come back here no more not to this old broken bar our dreams she would piece together and again and dance all night oh no it would,nt last but you would never forget no never forget,i know how it use to feel being in her spotlight, you would hold on tight its alright tonite victory is ours in this old broken bar she wore my scar and knew my song and the troubles of the waters in my head, but i never came close to dance in her spotlight...that was a long time but oh not that long ago sometimes oh so cold oh so cold o dont go there anymore to that old broken bar i go in disguise to see her dance just to make me laugh, to see the new again, well i heared ace is back in town and the place has got rough just a few old friends and the upper lords changing things around and drop out homecoming queens looking scary in their jeans i guess thats life and broken down bars story all across dead end ghost towns
