3 Doors Down
Hey everyone, I just downloaded a 3 Doors Down song. The song is called "When I'm Gone". I suggest you all download it, its a great song! Its going to be on their new CD, coming out Nov 12. I'm really pumped, when I first bought "The Better Life" (their first CD), I thought that they had a lot of potential. It really shows in this new song. I have yet to check out the other ones on the album, but "When I'm Gone" totally rocks! Give it a listen!

Creedfaner, maybe some of us didn't know about the songs you have known about for months. Thanks, CreedKevin, for letting those of us who AREN'T camped out on the record store's doorways (or living on the cutting edge) know about some really good music. And Marcos is right, 3DD does rock!

I think it was the Grammy's a few years ago, but I remember when Creed won the award for WAWO, the guys from 3DD were so supportive and excited for the guys from Creed to win. They were standing in their seats just cheering like fans like you or me. It was pretty cool.

I believe Brad (singer of 3DD) said in an interveiw that they are VERY good friends (3DD and Creed)

Yes. I remember reading an article where Mark was interviewed about what bands Creed were close with, and 3DD was the first band he mentioned.

I didn't realize that 3DD was still around. I haven't heard anything in the public lately about them... I figured they were going to be one of those one hit wonders. lol I do like them though.

They haven't been in the public spotlight because they've been recording their CD the past spring/summer.

You know, I really, really liked 3DD until I saw them live. I was a little resentful at first because they were somehow headlining a show that included Fuel and Oleander -- I love both bands, and I especially think Fuel is a bigger and better act than 3DD -- but I was still expecting 3DD to put on a good show anyway and they totally didn't. I left just as the encore was starting, which is something I never do. I'm a diehard. I always stay till the end. But after watching Fuel blow the roof off the place, watching 3DD just stand there without mixing it up, well, it was just a disappointment, and I haven't been able to listen to them too much since then. I'll still give their new disc a few spins, though.
