From These Eyes

we wanted to a place
a place of love
we wanted to find everything
but tell me what is holy
because the clouds
didn't come to save us

why are we hidden from the truth
so small in our lives
we think we have touched the sky
but noone knows
noone knows where heaven hides
noone knows from these eyes

the world is beautiful
there's stuff to do
there's people to love
noone knows where we'll go
noone knows why we don't know more
so why do we fight against each other

it's not you or me
it's the vibe that you feel
'cause it's all a feeling
just like we're dreaming
try to touch love
and you've touched the heavens above

why do we try so hard
to judge ourselves
when the truth of our world
was told long ago
listen to the world in a feeling
that's the only meaning

we are hidden from the truth so small in our lives we think we have touched the sky but noone knows where the heavens hide noone knows from these eyes .... its not you or me its the vibe you feel your poem reminds me of a song called our love is stranger than paradise, by sleeze breeze the enite piece was beauty relived AWSOME
