Apple Cider Vinegar
Have you guys tried to drink apple cider vinegar to lose some weight? Is it effective?

I'm not sure it's effective, though the thought of trying it makes my stomach hurt, lol. It might curb your appetite by making you sick.

Drink it a lot ... till you can't eat anything at all. You should loose weight then.

I'm trying it. And no, you don't have to dring it a lot. You have to take a half cup of Apple Cider Vinegar and mix it with an equal amount of water and drink it on empty stomach in the morning.
