I Am the Highway is awesome!!! When they did it live, Chris Cornell started off by himself on the acoustic. Friggin BEAUTIFUL. Save your pennies and make sure you get it. Worth every penny!

Seconded.

Their live shows are awesome too! Best show of 2003 for me, such a great atmosphere and Cornell is the best front man around. (yes, better than Stapp)

Well, Chris Cornell was just in Paris not too long ago celebrating his engagement to his girlfriend, Vicky something or other. Very long last name. I hope they are working on some new stuff. In their early writing sessions, they knocked off 19 songs in 21 days, or vice versa, according to some interviews, which means they have some left over that maybe they could include on their second CD. They've had a busy year with the solo tour and Lollapalooza.

hey Dogstar can you get any of their b-sides on singles or whatnot? I haven't heard any of them yet and I would love to hear them. I guess there would be 1 or 2 songs from the Audioslave's sessions that they really liked.

I haven't heard where or if you can find b-sides for Audioslave, but I can do a little digging and see what I can find out. There are some decent Audioslave web fan sites out there, so I'll check them out. I'd post the links here, but I can't remember them off-hand. Yeah, I can't imagine there aren't a couple of songs from those sessions that haven't found their way to the web .
