I NEVER assumed Stapp until I heard of it. I'm not gonna sit here and say oh yeah I KNOW Stapp is doing that when I never thought he did. So all I'm saying is WE can't assume her. Yes the court may have said that, but not everyone who goes to court is guilty, that's why we have so many innocent people in jail, or just getting accused of whatever they never did wrong.

All the pics she has up are party pictures. Besides from two which is of her and her dog. If Stapp had posted pictures of him at MySpace at least 50% of them would be of him and Jaggar. I know I've only heard one side of the story, but she seems like an asshole.

I knew that would piss people off, but let me rephrase....in my opinion, Stapp seems to continue to have a real struggle with drugs and/or alcohol. How can anyone here honestly argue that? Watch that Casino show if you don't believe. People here are assuming that Hillaree does drugs and is a bad person - we have no proof of that. We know for sure that Stapp is fucked up on something. And think about what we don't see....if he can't even sober up for an hour long television show, imagine what he does when the cameras aren't rolling and when he isn't on stage.

Exactly what my point was. You cannot deny that Stapp tries hard to be a good father and that he truly does love Jagger. The way he speaks of his son in interviews seems to show this. Hilaree, from what I can see, doesn't feel the same way about her son. No mention of him on myspace. No involvement(from what I've heard) in his life. I think that says something about her character. That and the incident from 4-5 years back.

Um, that was in December. Last story I've heard of his drunkenness happened in February. Point me to a recent example of Stapp's "drunkenness". Got an example? Didn't think so. The guy has been in rehab at least once in the past six months and, based on the sincereity of his recent interviews, I'd say he's trying hard to overcome his alcoholism, something that isn't easily fought.

As for that last sentence...he sure stayed sober long enough for CD USA, Live With Regis And Kelly and Jay Leno.

How many people DON'T drink on CC? Maybe they don't get as drunk as Stapp did(and that was embarrassing), but I'm sure that set isn't alcohol-free. Putting an alcoholic(like Stapp) on a show like that is like giving a criminal a gun and saying "don't shoot". Something bad is bound to happen, in both cases.
