paul reed smith, the guitar company that mark is signed to. they just had a big lawsuit fight with gibson coz of the shape but PRS WON WOOWHOOO

Yeah, he kind f have! He's just using another modle and have designed it a bit, unlike Mark who have his custom made picups and the 12-fret board custom made... And he's given the guitar a "new" look, it's new for PRS models, not for Gibson though...

actually, the lawsuit isn't won yet. gibson can still appeal, but it has to go to the supreme court and it's unlikely that they'll see this case, as the supreme court kicks out 99% of the cases cause once the supreme court rules on it...it's pretty much final. there is no court higher than them.

Yeah, and if PRS winns that case then anyone can copy any guitar, it's pretty much becomes an open market then... Supreme court setts the standard of how to rule in the courts below it... And I think that it could only be for the worse to have an open market of copying...
