Re: Daily Bread

Parrots like strong ...SHOULDERS

Exercise produces Happiness Chemicals! LOTS of them!!! Way more than the fried chicken. I have to remind myself of that, very easy for me to get lost in a bucket of KFC!

Sunday is shoulder day! Yay! So much FUN! Especially with the right music!

"Let the bodies hit the floor." (I look at that one in the spiritual sense, NOT LITERALLY AT ALL..I have to really STRESS that concept!) Very intense instrumental collaboration!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e8-sMJZTYf0

"Illusion" is another favorite to work out to.

Makes me feel like Neo...kidding...

If I am lifting I like seriously heavy stuff...If I am climbing I like lots of beats per minute. Very easy to get in sync with. Like AC/DC Shoot to Thrill...Motley Crue..Kick Start my Heart, Alter Bridge..Isolation, Metallica..Fuel (excellent speed on that one)

Great Day for some Great Music and Lifting some weights. The First Day of the week! What better day to set a pace for the rest of the week.

Do you know the difference between youth and old age?
In the state of being: old age...we are always looking backwards, time stops and we decay...we stop growing, we stop changing.

In the state of being: YOUTH ...we are always looking forward...consistantly growing and changing into something new.

The mind is a tricky thing isn't it? If we think we are old and look back constantly on our youth, the mind produces the chemicals to put us in exactly that place of being for external viewing purposes. It takes us there! We always get what we think about. Kind of reminds me of that saying...Be careful what I wish for because I might just get it!

This tells me to be aware of my thought process and the things that come out of my mouth about myself and my future, and about others. So much more important than we think at times. Its creative...ALWAYS.

Isn't it a Beautiful Sunday? I think so...

Re: Daily Bread

It is Finished!

What does that mean? We say that when something is COMPLETE! Everything that needed to happen in order to fullfill a prophecy has been completed. There is nothing left to do in order to see the manifestation in tangible form.

If I want something to happen, I will always remain in that state of being...and my environment will stay as it is to align with the state of mind that I am projecting...the wanting it to happen mind. To want...literally means it has yet to happen. Therefore it can't happen because I am wanting it to happen. I am still in wanting phase....

THINK about this:

Have you ever wondered why when you are looking for something like your keys, that you can never find them. As soon as you let go of the looking phase..you find them? They are usually laying somewhere in clear view, just as soon as I stop LOOKING FOR THEM. Happens to me all the time.

So think about why it is important to be full of gratitude....because being thankful makes it complete. When we are thankful, it has already happened...it has manifested before our eyes..we are no longer in the wanting phase...but in the completion phase.

I am trying to give you something, but you refuse to take it...when you stay in the wanting phase...once you step over into the thank you, it is finished phase...you are receiving the blessings...consistantly.

In the gratitude mind we are in the state of being to receive, regardless of the details. When I want something to happen I say: "thank you, it is finished." We can't see something and touch it...until we align with it in mind first.

To want it to be is not enough, there can be no doubt, only perfect faith...and gratitude for the completion of it. To tap into this vibration...speeds the manifestation of it. (whatever it may be)

EVEN MORE POWERFUL IN A GROUP EFFORT. (COLLECTIVE)

I am thankful for this information this morning...I was needing something to happen yesterday and prayed about it. This is what was in my mind when I awoke. It's funny how we forget to be thankful and we forget that its done already. We are so blessed. But we forget so often just how blessed we truly are.

I had FUN yesterday. Today is even better!

It's Mesmerizing MONDAY!

Re: Daily Bread

NO RESISTANCE to The RESULTS!
Patience is only needed when we are resistant to the production of an idea.
Otherwise we let it flow into being, without stressing out over the details
of how it will come to pass...It just will. All the powers are aligned to make it so...we only need to believe and maintain full faith...in the ending.

Re: Daily Bread

Believing is Seeing

Children believe everything they are told by adults. Our shadow beliefs, are instilled in us very early in life. They are usually self destructive patterns that follow us. Alot of them are suppressed. We don't even realize they are there, but the same circumstances in life keep developing around us in many different forms. These circumstances are there to teach us about our beliefs, and when they disappear or change, we know we have been successful in changing that pattern of thought.

To get the shadow beliefs to emerge, which is simply stated, our negative thought pattern. We need to ask them to emerge, ask God to show them to us. David displayed this act in Psalms. He asked God to search his heart, and he literally wrote his heart out so that all of his beliefs were there for everyone to see. His good side....and his dark side.

Once they emerge...and I promise they will. Write a positive statement counteracting that belief. Then say the positive statement over and over, daily, sing it outloud... even look into your own eyes while saying it... until you have replaced the negative with the positive. Its that simple. For a belief to set in...it takes much repetition and visualization.

Life changes before your eyes. Don't believe me....Try it! See for yourself what happens.

The only limitations are the ones we set for ourselves. I am only sharing my personal experience with this process and how it has worked for me. Quite a large fence in my case...it has been a difficult journey for me, but I am seeing such, beautiful, positive results. Especially this past year.

The experiment is going to consist of turning to complete thoughts of feeling good. That means I have to know what makes me feel good, I have to know me, and what brings joy to my heart. So definately ...it won't work for anyone the same as me because everyone finds different things to bring personal joy. We are made that way for a special reason. So in the following days. I will attempt to focus...in on my joy and share as I go.

Also wanted to add...that I was talking several weeks ago about getting off my hump and finding a new project like a 5k to do for our little giving back group. Well the 5k came to me....the phone literally rang and a friend said..Hey..you guys want to do a 5k with me. Ha!... So beautiful!

Of course we said ...YES!...its to benefit a nature conservation. The race will be through a very beautiful nature trail. I am so excited. Why did I share this...

BECAUSE a tangible result, usually just starts with an idea...and when we focus in on that idea. Alot of times if we pay attention...it will come to us and fall right in our laps. I love it when that happens.

I was mesmerized on Monday...completely!

Its Tantalizing... Tuesday!

Re: Daily Bread

What really puts a smile on your face?

I am thinking of the moments in life, when I am really smiling, and I don't even realize I am doing it. Its not forced, but that moment of intense happiness that makes you smile from the inside out.

They are little special moments, and I suppose different for everyone.

I read this book that instructed me to focus in on the things I love, and the things that really bring me true happiness...and my life will become blessed. The more I focus on what I love, the more of what I love will surround me.

Again...what I focus in on expands. You ever notice when you learn a new word, it seems to pop up all over the place. Before you learned it ...you never noticed it. Do you think it was there all along. I do...I just didn't see it, or put my attention on it.

Start with one good feeling thought, then find another right after that one, then jump to another ....and another...for at least 2 minutes. Every morning. Pure THOUGHT...no negative vibe. So I will demonstrate...

I love ....

The ocean and I am going there this weekend, because I want to wake up with a cup of coffee and the beach in my sight.

I love Road trips...especially the spontaneous ones.

I love...

Animals and I am so excited about doing a 5k to help support something we care about.

I love...

My butt...because I have worked it out..for the past few months.

I love...

The Gym, its a highlight of my day...great way to relieve stress, sweat profusely, smile at strangers and listen to loud music....love it!

I love ...
My kids, they are my life. To truly smile is to see them happy.

I love...
to watch parakeets mate...Ha! Funny... The male puffs his feathers up on top of his head...and talks to her in a different tone.

I love sacred moments in my life...that are precious to me and to one other.

I love to sleep in a tent, and listen to the crickets...

I love to drive really fast...

I love Rock N Roll...when I am driving fast...

I love ... a fan blowing in my face when I sleep!

I don't know about you..but Im feelin it!

Has it been 2 minutes....?

So I started with one thought...and then the rest began to flow. I could keep going...but will just continue in my mind for the remainder of the day.

I feel Great...Very BLESSED...Very Thankful to God!

Sending LOVE to ya!

Re: Daily Bread

"One Good Turn Deserves Another."

Yesterday was great because when I left home I encountered some of the nicest, most helpful people. Then I was reminded all day of other things that I love. So the majority of the day was spent in a state of being happy. Surrounded by great people and things I love.

Interesting thing happened. I met this man who used to work for IBM as a computer repair specialist, he retired from the company and decided he wanted to do something totally different, so he became a radiology transporter at a local hospital just for the fun of it. Well then he found something better...he is now an EKG monitor tech. He watches people's heart patterns all day. He told me something about the heart that I found fascinating. We were looking at about 20 or so different patients, on 4 screens all displaying the patterns simultaneously. I noticed they all have their own special unique design. No two were exactly alike.

We were looking at one guys pattern, and it was a perfect sinus rhythm beautiful P ...Beautiful QRS... Beautiful T...the entire pattern was text book perfect...and the rate was around 63. He said this guy is in great shape...and I said probably an athlete. He looks at me and says...its possible he could be overweight and never exercises. What he said next made me pay attention.

http://knol.google.com/k/-/-/14xnag8.../ecg%20(1).png

He said, "you know the brain tells the heart what to do." There is an electrical signal that transfers from the brain to the heart. These patterns we are viewing on these monitors are a reflection of that electrical signal and how well the heart is responding to that message.

Some quotes I found on the topic this morning from a study talked about on the Today Show:

"The heart is in a constant two-way dialogue with the brain — our emotions change the signals the brain sends to the heart and the heart responds in complex ways."

Side NOTE: I think that our emotions..come from how we are thinking. They are vibrational indicators of how and what we are thinking about.

"HeartMath’s research shows that when we experience heart-felt emotions like love, care, appreciation and compassion, the heart produces a very different rhythm."

"Many studies have found that the risk of developing heart disease is significantly increased for people who often experience stressful emotions such as irritation, anger or frustration."

So how we think every moment is important to not only our bodies, but to what we attract to us...with our personal energetic expression, the words we reflect on allow us to feel emotionally well...or ill. They also attract like minded individuals into our lives, as well as allowing the things we love to manifest in tangible form around us daily.

What about eating healthy, and exercise? I think when we align with healthy thinking we are naturally drawn to the things that make our bodies well. It all works together in a way that aligns together for the wellbeing of ourselves and others. We are also drawn to helping others and giving back. It occurs in a beautiful simultaneous type fashion. No one has to point it out..we are drawn to the LIGHT in every format. We walk in that direction...BODY, MIND and SOUL.

My new friend also said, its really important to look at a person's history, this goes into what they are experiencing today. That is wisdom...not only is it physical but its spiritual as well.

"Today is a result, of yesterday's thoughts. Tomorrow will be based on today's thoughts...so I should choose wisely in order to change my environment and my body for the better." Isn't that Beautiful? I think so...

Re: Daily Bread

Today's 2 minutes of positive focus...

I love ..

To watch someone turn pages in a book, it gives me an amazing sensation.

I love..
to stop and buy a cup of coffee from McDonalds in the mornings, its the perfect size, perfect price and tastes great.

I love...
to travel in the early morning hours when it is still dark out, and watch the sunrise over the landscape. Its beautiful.

I love..
A soft mattress, and white cotton sheets. HEAVEN...

I love
a bonfire in the middle of the woods, with no one else around.

I love
Squirrels because they can be hilarious little creatures...I like to watch them move like lightening. Very fast little things...and how they eat with their little hands.

I love
being inside a hospital...don't ask why...because I don't know..I just like it.

I love
to paint, on anything. Love to paint on people..that's a lot of fun. Its also very stress relieving for the person being painted on. The senses become alive with the softness of the brush and coolness of the paint. I should start my own business. Therapeutic Body Painting. Hmmm? maybe? definately unique.

I love
to run in nature, there is something about how the body feels when you release it into speed. Its very freeing of not only the body but also the mind.

I love
to wear socks when I am in the house...I don't like them when I am sleeping, but I love wear them when I am just walking around. Weird...yea..kinda!

I love
to do backhand springs, kinda scary cause you may land on your head but its exhilerating when you land on your feet. Trampoline helps.

I love ...has it been 2 minutes yet?

Yay! Ok...gotta go start the day.

Beautiful Thursday!

Re: Daily Bread

Umm.. Somebody Turn on The LIGHT!

Did you know that you eat more in a dark dining room, than you do in a lit one. Scientists think its because in the dark you are not aware of the self and how much you are eating.

Also...if you live in a darkened home....you are more susceptable to get depressed and you develop a lower threshold for pain.

Also...John Hopkins did some research on patients on the shaded side of the hospital. They required more pain meds than the ones on the lit end.

Its proven that sunshine increases serotonin levels (happy chemicals in the brain... .....Let's let it in ...Shall We?

I have to go light bulb shopping...and also buy some nice looking lamps....

Hey..this 2 minute morning rampage of love...actually works. I have had alot of great things happen to me this week...including...a trip to the beach this weekend. My favorite place in the world...

I love
The beach...I love the sand between my toes, picking up shells...the sound of the waves...

I love
this picture I got back from being developed of this squirrel at Universal that we fed, I accidently got this guy in the shot who was kneeling down looking at the little guy. Its a beautiful shot because the guys face has such peace and compassion on it. He must like squirrels...It was a beautiful shot..I had to look at it several times. You cant beat those kind of pictures..the natural ones.

I love
coffee, love, love, love some coffee...my favorite at home kind is Dunkin Donuts Original, Whole bean...

I love
New Balance running shoes...I have a pair of 890's...They are remarkable. Very light, very comfortable and they look good too. They are Grey...

I love
to go to the movies with my kids, we love movie day, fixin to see the new Journey to some type of Island. Looking forward to that one...and also the 3D Star Wars...My youngest has never watched Star Wars. Will be a fun day.

I love
a hot shower, you know you just can't beat soap and warm water after a long day. Doesn't matter what socioeconomic level anyone is on...good old soap and hot water, makes us all happy.

I love
Palm Trees, well I love all trees...the reason I do is because they are all unique, they are natures sculptures that can be breathtakingly beautiful. I have this new concept I am working on in my head at the moment. Texture paintings, My subject will be trees...but make it stand up on the canvas so much with sculpture medium that you can reach out and touch it. They are going to be amazing...as soon as I create them. Stress relieving art therapy, something about being able to touch the painting and feel the strokes...puts you in another place.

I am off to the beach today...will wake in the morning with the ocean and my coffee, which is something I LOVE!

Have a Beautiful Day! It's FOCUS FRIDAY!

Re: Daily Bread

The L..O..V..E Train

HA! kidding... Its kinda of a trance you put yourself in...and then sit back the rest of the day and watch what happens. While being aware of your thought process as much as possible. Stay in the master mind...remain in the process of redirecting negative thought.

Last night I had the best chargrilled salmon that I have ever eaten in my life. Divine...is the only word I can think of to describe it.

Finding the place was a happy accident. We were really very underdressed...but we were hungry and I have plenty of money...so we decided to smile really big, and maybe noone would notice how we were dressed.

Doesn't matter how your dressed, if you smile really big...people only notice your smile instead of your clothes. So I was smilin like Eddie Murphy. Just look them dead in the eye...and smile to the depth of their soul. They will not notice anything else about you except that you were there, And you were the one who reflected a place inside their soul that they want to revisit again...and again...and again.

We sat down and my sister said.."Have you ever went into a place and felt like an old dirty shoe?"...LOL..HA! She said..."that's how I feel right now." LOL... I will laugh at that statement for the rest of my life.

I was like ...we are here now...we are not leaving until we eat. It was soooo Gooood! We were all smilin' and in a complete state of bliss. Beautiful meal, beautiful service, beautiful company and beautiful decor...lights all around kind of like stars on a dark night on the inside...lots of little lights hanging from the ceiling. Its my favorite new place to eat.

I am going to go buy some of those lights to put in my own house. I think it could look really artistic and beautiful if done properly. New Project. I get inspired easily. I have lots of plans...Its going to be so much fun creating a place that reflects joy, abundance and love.

Do you know how to align with a state of Abundance, when you are not feeling very abundant and don't really know what abundance feels like in order to align with it?

Want me to take you there? Ok...thought so.

The OCEAN...think about how many drops are there. Abundance.

The SAND...think about how many grains are on a local beach. Abundance.

The GRASS...think about how many blades, just in your yard alone. Abundance.

The HIGHWay...Think about how many little rocks are mixed in with asphalt as you travel throughout the day. Abundance.

Your HAIR...(umm those who have it) Think about how many strands are on your head. Abundance.

CELLS in your body...Think about how many billions exist within you and everyday they are producing and replacing more. Abundance.

Think about CARPETING...Look down in your room, think about all the strands that exist within that one room of carpet. Abundance.

WE are surrounded by abundance..Trees, Sand, Water..nature is abundant and wants to nourish us everyday. Our minds and our bodies...and our spirit.

The point of this exercise is to help us exude a vibration from within that lines up with everything that is abundant outside our being.

WE meet people all the time who seem to be so lucky..things just come to them easily and we don't know why. Its because of their state of mind and what they are thinking. Its a state of attraction that starts from within. We have been given everything we need in Earth Mom by God to be abundantly happy and Blessed eternily. We only need to receive and say Thank You!

Beautiful Day!

Re: Daily Bread

The Here and Now

The Eternal mind the Potter is,
And thought the eternal clay.
The hand that fashions is divine;
His works pass not away.
God could not make imperfect man
His model infinite, Unhallowed thought
He could not plan - Love's work and
Love must fit.
- Alice Dayton

This inspired me this morning:

"Remember the story of the sculptor Pygmalion? How he made a statue of marble so beautiful that every woman who saw it envied it? So perfect was it, that he fell in love with it himself, hung it with flowers and jewels, spent day after day in rapt admiration of it, BELIEVED in it, until presently his Higher Self poured its Vital Force into that image and gave it the breath of life."

"For Health and strength are natural. It is ill-health and weakness that are unnatural. Your body was meant to be lithe, supple, muscular, full of red-blooded energy and vitality. A clear brain, a powerful heart, a massive chest, wrists and arms of steel - all these were meant for us - all these we can have if we will but know, and feel, and think and act aright. (in alignment as if we are already in the place we want to be... already there...finished..Done...HERE and NOW.)

TRANSITIONING..............

Re: Daily Bread

Already There!

Think about what it means to already be somewhere you want to go. Think about what it feels like to already have accomplished a goal. The state of being that expresses that particular moment in time, is what I want to feel before something comes to pass in order to bring it into reality. When I do this...I align with it and It must come to pass. The tricky part is getting into the feeling. Its much like pretending its real before its real. I have to float from one good thought feeling to the next for about 2 minutes.

I have to have a very good vision of what it is that I want to become tangible. The more specific the details the better. A CLEAR vision.

This can be done with cut out pictures, words written down in a notebook or journal. Anything that will help me get a clear, specific vision of what it is.

"IMAGES....created He them."

He spoke the earth into being from complete darkness (void, nothingness)...and created man in His own IMAGE. (likeness)

You ever think about what kind of images we see in a day, and how those images birth new ones in our mind as a collective society of people creating daily. You turn on the news...and the images and stories there are depressing, negative...horrible images of what man has become. What television shows our children are watching, what kind of images are they viewing, what kind of goals are they creating from those moments of inspiration? What kind of thoughts are being planted in their minds?

My child told me yesterday that she can't find anyone at school who doesn't use foul language and talk about bad things. She said, I want a friend that is like me but I can't find one, she is kind of sad and feels lonely, she needs a buddy. All I could think to tell her, is there is someone out there that will make her a very good friend who feels just like she does. The test comes when she has to maintain who she is, in the face of negativity and in the face of indifference, which is not an easy task when you want to fit in with the crowd. Especially at the age of 12. I try to teach her that if someone chooses to use ugly language let them maintain their space, and you maintain yours. Respect their wishes to choose, and demand respect for your choices. Don't bend to please someone...be you and love them for being them. We all have our own personal space and choices to maintain. Don't let anyone get in your bubble, and you don't get in theirs.

What I was trying to do, was to give her a vision of that perfect, best buddy that she is wanting to meet. What is she looking for in this special friend? So I said we need to think about what she likes to do, what things in life she likes to support, what brings her joy. Then we will find a group of people who are doing those things...and she will find a friend there. Someone who cares about the same things she does. And....Sometimes new students just appear out of the blue in class, and there is her new friend...God just so happened to send her way. Most of the time the new friend is looking for someone as well. The energy they both exude draws them together. Its a beautiful occurance. Love it when things like that happen.

On the flip side there are new channels being born everyday...those that are amplifying truth and goodness in our society. I find that there are alot of good people, doing great things in our world. We simply need to put them in the spotlight.

I BELIEVE its going to be a better day, today!

Re: Daily Bread

"I am with you where ever you go."

That is a verse in the book of Genesis Chapter 24 I think. I like that verse because it gives me a feeling of security and company by my creator.

I put that verse on a dollar bill that I planted in a cemetary for someone to pick up. My daughter said...right there...put it by that angel statue. It was a big cemetary but she spotted that one statue that stood out among everything else in her mind. I walk over and look at the headstone. It was a woman, middle aged died recently. She left her husband behind because his name still only had the birth date. He must have put the statue there for his wife. We planted the dollar right at the foot of the statue..so that it would not blow away but ...he couldn't miss it. We wrote that verse on it.

Yesterday, I had another assignment to go and observe dialysis patients, to understand the process of removing someone's blood, filtering impurities and replacing it. It takes about 3 - 4 hours ...about 3 times per week. Think about what that must be like. Alot of them seemed really depressed, tired..some of them slept through the process. Some are waiting for a kidney transplants. So they can have a normal life again.

When I arrived...I got lost...again..in this large hospital. I am wondering the halls. Thinking..did I go to the right location. What if there is another hospital across town with the same name. I drove 70 miles one way. When I happened to run into a man who said. "Are you looking for something?" I explained..He said. "Let me take you there." I didn't know if he was a doctor or what...but he turned out to be a clergy member. I was lost and he found me, roaming the halls.

When he took me to the department, He said, "Here it is, have a great day, God bless you." No one was there..I was standing in this large room alone. wondering still..is this the right place and where is the person in charge? A few minutes later the man comes back. He looks at me for a while and then says out of the blue, " You will be ok, you are going to get through this and I will pray for you." I almost cried right on the spot because...no one knew what I was going through in my mind..except God. He must have spoke to that man..because he came back to encourage me and to pray for me. He gave me strength and renewed my spirit. Then he disappeared into the hospital.

When I left that day....Another stranger was working in the parking lot on the sidewalk. He yells out ...Are you a doctor?..I laughed and said no I am not. He looked at me intensely...and said as if someone else was talking through him..."You are going to make it." All I could say was Thank You. He smiled and said, "your welcome."

The point is that we are never alone. Even when we feel lost, and surrounded by strange faces...His spirit is always present and His voice is as many waters. It flows from one encounter to next, but you know when he is talking to you.

I love it when that happens because it tells me I am going in the right direction. I doubt my path sometimes, and He is always there to let me know, this is what I want you to do. "I have something beautiful planned for you."

Have a great day! Your Not alone...

Re: Daily Bread

Critical Thinking

Did you know that Walnuts improve critical thinking skills? 1/2 cup every day.
It's funny...they even look like little brains.

Cognitive therapy has been proven to improve patients who suffer from depression, sometimes more so than taking anti-depressants.

Cognitive therapy is basically learning how to think positive.

Positive thoughts need to be enhanced and written down as statements of self affirmation . These need to be repeated to yourself and vocalized everyday! These are power affirmations or positive affirmations that revitalizes your thought life.

An affirming statement that I like to use when I start having dark thoughts is this. "All is well in my world and I am safe." another is simple and easy to remember. "I love you." Those three words neutralize all negativity regardless of where its being directed, to the self or to others. So sometimes if I can't think of anything to counteract a negative thought that I have penned against the wall..I just say, "I love you". It goes away.

Another thing that will help purify the body is lemons, squeeze lemon juice in a bottle of water, purifies the blood and heals the body.

Blood gets purified, stains on the body vanish, sores will heal, dark
circles below eyes will vanish (these also vanish with positive thinking, of course be aware you may look like a reverse raccoon, lighter circles will appear, kinda looks like permanent highlights around the eyes ...but I like them better than the dark ones on myself..personally...I like black but not under my eyes), blood quantity also increases.

As you can see this morning has been a gift basket with different variations of things that have come into mind, for my own growth and hopefully sharing will be beneficial to someone else, if not... at least I got it all out.

A magical event is happening.

I like magical events...they make my day.

Take Care...See U tomorrow!
