Erin Freriks (Echelon122) has passed away.

It is with great sadness that I inform everyone that Erin Freriks aka "Echelon122" passed away last night. I'm pretty sure some of you knew her from CreedNet - we just got word that she died of a pulmonary embolism. From her brother...

I'm absolutely blown away by this. I've stood by Erin many, many times and was with her at VIP for Creed in August. I'm speechless. God be with her family! RIP

BTW, thanks Jared for posting this here. I met Erin years ago through the pit and here. She was on here at one time-not nearly as much as the pit, but she did appear.

This is really sad. I just learned that she was behind the website BehindTheRail.com Her website (Behindtherail.com) was one of the first that featured alter bridge and specially Myles, that was even before alterbridge.com started.

I met her numerous times at shows in Chicago, Madison, Milwaukee, and Green Bay - both Creed and Alter Bridge show. And while I didn't really "know" her, she was a genuinely nice person. I was shocked when I read this last night.

RIP Erin.
