When you "Reply to a thread" you can see also "Additional options"(straight under the "Submit Reply"-button).... there you choose "Manage Attachments"

Then you can "Browse" into your computer... choose a pic... "Open" it, then "Upload" until you see your current attachment... then you close the window..."Submit Reply" (or type something first) and it's there!
