My Love

Ok Creed fans heres a problem that is developed in my life.

First off I would just appreciate any help I get.

Well anyways I've come across a girl that I really like and I think I may love her but I don't know if the feelings are mutual. I'm a very compassionate man and I've been searching for the right one so long and I think I finally found one. The thing is I really want to be with her, but I don't want to ask her out and get denied.

Now for a little history. As for me there has been only 1 other person I loved besides this one and shes moved away, her feelings were not mutual and I was hurting all the time. I've passed up lots of girls in search of the one true love. And now I think I've found one but her history is a little hurtful too. She has had a few relationships and always ended up getting hurt in the end, and she seems to want the same thing outta of relationship that I do.

Also she always likes to spend time with me, and never argues anything I ask of her. She even offered to go as my date to a wedding this weekend. I don't know if this is coincidence or actually means something but its driving me insane.

Now through the number of months I've known her I find something I like about her everyday. And I hate spending time away from her. So I'm extremely tempted to ask her out on the drive back from the wedding. But honestly I don't want to get denied. I have a deep feeling in my heart that I won't but theres always the doubt that covers it up and the idea of living without her. I also prayed numerous times to the good lord above for something good to come of this. So please help me. I don't really know what to do.

Well, the only way to know is to take the chance and ask her out. If it's meant to be, it's meant to be. You'll drive yourself crazy wondering all the time if you don't ask her. And yeah, it'll hurt like hell if she says no, but at least you'll know and you can move on. You have to be willing to take the chance. Sometimes, life hurts, unfortunately, but as I said, if she says no, you can grieve and move forward.

Life is too short not to take a chance. Don't look back and say "I should have done this or that". Go for it! What have you got to lose? Like Dogstar said, if she says no, you can move on instead of dwelling on it.

Just do it.

I use to think like that and never took any chances. then once i did take one i was amazed at what i was missing out and how often you DONT get rejected.

dont let an oppertunity like this pass, you may regret it for only God knows how long.

Ask her out. You gotta.
If girl passes you signals (as she seems to) for some time and you dont act on it she will loose interest. if you wait too long and ask her out it may be too late.
Girls like assertive guys, not doubtful whimps, so you gotta go for it.
Sooner you ask her out lesser (word?) you'll get hurt in case she turns you down. And lower risk of someone else gettign with her before you do will be.

well go talk to her, and if you can't talk to her it measn that you gusy would never be. simple as that.
What do you have to loose? exactly?

P.S. when im bored I talk to random girl on campus and get their phone #'s =) that part is easy, getting girl to actually like you is very tricky thou.

I agree with Shadow, life is too short so go for it! In life, you're supposed to take risks and this is one of them you have to take. Good luck!

It's kind of funny how Jango's poem fits to what happened to me today. This junior guy likes me, but is too shy to talk to me except in the class we're in together. So today I took the initiative to go and talk to him during lunch and it went pretty well.

I never expected myself to do that b/c I'm really shy around guys I like.

I would have to agree with everyone that told you to go for it. I think you will definately regret it if you don't. Like someone else said life is just too dam short not to take some chances.
