Swearing is swearing and it is bad. excessive use does makes you look bad. But i believe there is a difference when it swearing is used for self-expression and whe it is used for the sole purpose of demeaning someone

I certainly wasn't talking about demeaning anyone...I meant it as expression. It can sometimes can convey a sentiment more specifically.
