Another thing that they don't take into consideration is the fact that just because a women is taking contraceptives doesn't always mean that they are having sex. I am taking them because I have a tumor in my uterus and my periods are horrible if I'm not on them and I have never had sex . I also know of other women besides me who are taking them for other female related problems and they weren't having sex either.
