I think what hide_tremonti was trying to say was that he is able to get 15-20MB an hour, speedwise. That's perfectly normal for dialup. I live in the USA and no, we don't get free broadband. I wish
There is talk about charging users based on the amount of bandwidth used a month but I have yet to see this take effect yet...
