It's just funny how wide a range of opinions there are. I guess there's a ton of people who wanted the old Creed back, who just did basically soft stuff and then people who wanted an edgier Creed but now they're bitching it sounds like Alter Bridge. Haha I always ask this here, but what the hell were people expecting?

Bands evolve - look at Metallica.

This is Creed in 2009. They didn't start as a soft, pansy band, and I don't expect them to remain one after the past several years.

Just enjoy the new music and stop putting the band in a box.

Metallica just got into the Hall of Fame with help from their latest release, which kicks ass. I enjoy Creed but they are a flash in the pan compared to them.

Yes, please don't ever compare the two. It's laughable.
