Okay, so you go online one day only to find out that your favorite band of all time is breaking up. You panic, you blame one band member as opposed to another. You fight with other board members. All these reactions are perfectly natural.

I'm sorry for you guys who never got to see them on tour. I saw them once, but my seat sucked if it makes you feel better. :)

But the main purpose of this post is to give you guys some hope. The Anthology is coming out next year. Mark, Flip, and Scott will still be working, even though not with each other.

Finally, no one said that Creed will never be revived. Even though it may look bleak now, it is possible that the boys will reunite. A lot of bands have done that. Mark and Scott just need time apart and eventually they'll forgive one another for whatever it is that happened between them. In the meantime, just keep on playing their cds. Rock on, guys. :jam:

I think Stapp wants some time off! I think that it's pretty much of that Creed break up. 'Cause Stapp need some time off, so then Mark, Flip and Brian form "another Creed". But as you've said! I hope one day that Stapp will join the "other Creed". But right now he problably want to spend time with Jagger.

I don't think that we should think of this new band as "the other Creed." It's probably going to sound totally different. I mean it'll be recognizable as Tremo's and Flip's work, but it won't be Creed.

Maybe...Micheal have said that it will be a little bit like Creed, 'cause most of the songs they are able to play would problably have ended up on a Creed CD some time. But who knows...Maybe it all will end up on a Creed CD some time...

Saying you had a bad seat does make it somewhat better knowing I've never seen a concert but at least you got to HEAR them in person. :) *sigh*

You have put everything in perspective. And I too feel bad for those who have not seen Creed (so I will not say how many times concerts I have been to... LOL)

Having seen them live, I know this band will be back. They have a presence both because of their music and their talents that they will not replicate alone or with other combinations of musicians.

But perhaps they need time away from each other and individual time to grow and heal before that can happen again.
