I see that Creed and Stapp made the list with the infamous concert in Chicago. It was interesting to see how they presented it:rolleyes: It showed some of the fans that filed the suit, what smucks:rolleyes:

Agreed. I saw it too, a few days ago. If you believe that first impressions are always right, then these would be the kind of people you'd "expect" to do something like this... trying to take advantage of others (even if they're big-name rockers) for their personal gain. Even if you feel Stapp's comments on his actions are BS, these fans are dumb for suing.

Hell if I tried to get my money back everytime I went to a ROCK concert that was less than desirable, hell I would have a great savings now! I remember going to see Guns and Roses and Metallica and Axl Rose was so freaking drunk he could not remember some of the lyrics.... Was I irritated..... well yeah BUT I did not ask to get my money back!

I did not see the show but when i first read about it i thought it would be about the durst fight......guess not..:rolleyes:

I think it was also on the show that someone was quoted as saying the people were dumb, and how would it be a true rock concert if everyone was sober and didn't act a little strange? Makes sense; otherwise, it's just a weird pop music concert.

Its hardly a celebrity fued though. I'd think the whole Durst thing (now that was a fued), or the Weiland thing wouldve been more fued-like than a fan taking legal action for a bad show.

i watched that last night and im so glad the judge throwed the case out
cause that would have opened the door so anyone who didnt like
the way a show went could start a law suit.
i liked how that one women said if they wanted a nice clean concert
they should go to a donnie and marie show.lol
