To Whom It May Concern

Why was this song a b-side, and didn't make it onto Human Clay? It's so aweome.

Also, did the band ever perform this song live? If so, are there any videos of him doing so? I just thought that it would be a cool thing to see.

Yeah I always thought To Whom It May Concern was on par with songs like Wash Away Those Years and Inside Us All. Awesome song. I don't know anything about live videos though.

They did perform it live IIRC, but I've only heard audio, no video.

I seen a live video on youtube last year or something,
Quality was really poor though.
