I LOVE "seeing red" by unwritten law. i bought the WWF tough enough soundtrack (can't remember which volume - i think there's more then one) and it is on there. The whole CD is awesome.

DangerousDan85

I saw MAG open for Jerry Cantrell twice. I can't say as I was too impressed. They had absolutely no stage presence and seemed to be mailing it in. Their lead singer was a little too over the top for my liking and the bass player was not very impressive. Their guitartists weren't bad, though. They just didn't click with me. I thought most of their songs were rather ordinary.

Interesting you say that as their lead singer just left the band (or got the boot, I'm not entirely sure). I would suggest downloading the following songs if you're willing to give them another try:

Walk Away
Historypeats
Time and Time Again
Burn
Letter to Myself

For the most part, I don't think any of these songs will click with you on the first listen. Definitely give each one more than one chance, because I do think you'll like them. I especially love the lyrics in Letter to Myself.

Really? Wow, I didn't know that. He was the one who annoyed me the most. At the Philly show, which was the second time I saw them, the crowd was brutal toward them, unjustly so, I thought. There was one group of guys who turned their backs to them for almost the entire set and kept their arms up, flipping them off. It was really rude. I wasn't wild about 'em but at least I clapped a little for them. Maybe they are better on the CD than live. I'll check out the songs, though. Sometimes that does happen, that stuff can grow on you. Thanks for the list.
I do remember Time and Time Again, now that you mention it.

I know my list looks weird but I am coming from the viewpoint that involves see the albums as how much they had effected the music industry not how commercial it was...that is why my list is like that....

for me personally it would be:

1) Disturbed - belive
2) Korn - Untouchables
3) Seether - disclaimer

Dogstar

I love it, Steve. I listen to it at least three or four times a week. Most Rage fans haven't liked it as much as most Soundgarden fans. The die-hards on both sides also feel this way. I think it's a great blend. I love it. Has mellow and hard stuff. I often judge the quality of CD by how many tracks I skip when I listen to it. I never skip any on this one. If you want to download a few samples before you buy, I'd suggest the following:

Like A Stone (which is starting to get radio play :))
Set It Off
Shadow on the Sun
Light My Way
What You Are

SCOTTSMYMAN
