Alright, i downloaded the bittorrent program offered by the fella who developed it first. installed it, the whole 9 yards. so now i wanna download, say, an episode of South Park. so i click on the file, and hit the ol' save button for a particular location. So then a fucking error thing pops up:
Windows cannot find 'C:\Documents and Settings\Ryan\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\O9SX63S5\SouthPark_814 - Woodland Critter Christmas_(rm_MrTwig_net)[1].torrent'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. To search for a file, click the Start button and then click Search.
And I get that message every time I try to download anything and everything, regardless of the file.

BitTorrent is the best way to download albums, movies and TV-series! I also use DC ++.

alright, i'm using BitTornado now, the link to a particular file which Steve posted on ABRocks seems to be working, other than the fact that it's not actually downloading. actually, now a little error message about being unable to connect to a tracker or something like that....

Doesn't matter. What matters is how many who's seeding it.

What matters is how many who's seeding it.
isn't that the same thing as being online & sharing the file? or is bittorrent completely different from regular ol' p2p?
