The world is sterile,
It doesn't move,
Sit lost and confused,
Wondering why time moves as it does,
Why you are here and I am here,
Why leaves change color in the Fall,
Why seasons change and children bawl,
Why there is no progression from now and when,
Why History is exciting but routines are not,
Why anxiety takes over and worry reigns,
Why trust can't be achieved and fear remains,
Why the heart beats too fast for the mind to control,
Why the future is fear's foe and the past is knowledge's companion,
Why fear is even discussed when one is to fear only one entity?
Then I know, I don't worry, breathe, become serene.
Shadows will only fall if a soul lets them, if the soul lets the spirit and strength of belief fade. One can wither to ashes and suffer weakness and pain if one does not find there rebound.

Looking onto the future, fighting fear and worry.
Looking up and trusting while also learning to fear the entity.
Fight the confusion, stop pondering, rise over the darkness--> Light is too valuable, love is a need, dreaded pain befalls lost souls,
---> Live life to it's fullest for humans are only mortal.
