Um, isn't he a pentecostal minister or something like that in addition to being an oral surgeon??? With all due respect to Mr. Stapp - I don't think it was much fun to grow up in that house - especially for a little girl -

From what I understand, he is just very deep into his religion. From the inteview on VH1 of Scott's childhood, I'm sure that's what was said, because I thought Scott was a PK (preacher's kid), so I was shocked.

I thought I'd seen before in a Creed bio that Stapp's father was a preacher. Maybe he's like a guy I know's dad who works at a bank, but preaches on Sundays (not sure what denomination he is). I guess there can be a difference between a pastor and a preacher, to be technical.

VH1 Behind the Music was wrong... Stapp has said on many occasions that they did not have their facts straight. The fact is, he's just a dentist... his father is very religious, but definitely not a minister.
