Creed CD Collection - HELP

Hey everyone, I'm recompiling information for my Creed Discography database and I need some help. I need to get information on any and all import CD's, casettes, vinyls, etc. Here's what I am looking for:

Album Name
Country of Origin
Record Label (that released it)
Catalog Number **
Tracklisting (if possible, not totally necessary)
Date of Release (if possible)

For a majority of items I can determine the date of release and tracklisting. However, my biggest problem is the Record Label and Catalog Number. ** The catalog number is usually on the spine of the CD, or on the CD itself. For instance, the catalog number for the US version of Weathered CD is "13075-2"

Again, what I'm really looking for is the above information for import CD's - the full-length albums as well as any single or promo CD.

Ok, I don't know if this is the right info, Steve, but here goes.
I have the Human Clay Asia import...


Name: Human Clay
Country of Origin: Asia
Record Label: It says Wind Up and Epic, but it also says Distribution: Sony Music Asia and Wind Up
Catalog # I"m not sure which number is correct, but there is one number on the spine of the CD and the other on the CD itself:

The spine # is: 495171 9
The # on the CD after the trademark info and all is: 495027 2

I don't have a release date, but here is the track listing:
