Judge Says No Way (chgo.suit)

As you all are aware that Creed and Scott Stapp were being sued for the Chicago concert back in December. It was announced this morning that the judge hearing the case against them kicked the case right out of the court-room door. HOORAY!!!!!!!!

Mark will be on Mancow's morning madhouse WKQX (Q-101) some time next week to discuss what actually happened that night. The show airs Chicago time from 5am-10am. I'll keep you guys posted. :P :P

The case was dismissed "with prejudice".
It surprises me that Mark would talk about what happened, as the case is still ongoing. It was reported on the Abrams report last night that the plantifs are allowed to "amend" their complaint and plan on doing just that...changing it to "false advertising" or "bait and switch".
In my opinion that will never fly...Creed was advertised...Creed was there.
The lawyers are getting paid on contingincy...which means they only get paid if they win...so they will push it to the bitter end.
Someone needs to tell these guys that their 15 minutes of fame is over.
