Very Annoying Problem

Hey I turn -mail notifications off but it still send me then "CreedCommunity Forums Mailer" and it is very annoying i want to get rid of those

Go to the User CP... under "Subscribed Forums" and "Subscribed Threads" make sure nothing appears there. (even click on the "View All Subscribed Threads" link to make sure there's not ones not showing up). Then go to "Edit Options" and scroll down till you see "Use 'Email Notification' by default?" make sure that is set at "No"
