:bounce: love the frog....... ne way one o ma poems, can only hope it to be as good as someo the ones on here.
Dark nights
these dark nights get darker i swear,
without u my light, u are never there,
u said u would,
u said we could,
as the dark closes in, theres one thing u should know,
before i go, into the night, guided by a darker crow,
the flightless birds of my dreams,
now guides me through my nightmares, or so it seems,
the bird lands and crows, a meniacal sound peirces the night,
the darkness closes in, there is no more light,
sounds echo in the distance, seeming so bright,
but im left listening to screams in the the night
running through my brain like a million spears, penetrating my very soul,
i feel it closing, closing to my goal.
i see the shine of a blade, silver in the dark,
i feel its smooth cold steel venire merciless, without remark
i plunge the blade, handle an all into my chest,
and i let the gaping wound where my heart was do the rest,
i fall on my side only to see the light tearing at the dark,
and as i die i say 'at last youve come' this is my final remark,
these nights are never dark now.
because u my light have returned for me.
