Having Problems

Im having probs with the avie. I resized and saved it and when i upload it says its not valid.....blah.....blah....blah I need help this things pissing me off i have tried 4-6 times all ready and its not working :grr: :banghead: :cuss:

It needs to be the proper format (jpeg, gif) and needs to be under 20kb in size.
