I've been tryin to make a picture 75X75, but it seems not to work!!!!

I tryed to put this pic. (after I get it around 75X75) as an avatar. But I get a messege saying that it is too big and it should be no bigger then 75X75...!!!

there is a free oline photo editor, i cannot remember the name right now im in class and its bookmarked on my home PC... i'll post it later. BUT if you upload the pictures to almost any online picture host they have some workshop options (editing being on of them) there are alot and most of them are free. you can try PhotoIsland (http://www.photoisland.com). its totally free and they will even store them so you dont have to search all over the place for them....again. all you have to do is register, which 5 minutes of answering questions will not kill you and it will end the mindless bitching.

i dont do much with photoisland... except store a few pics here and there... i have IrfanView and i like it. very big and excellent for something that is free and it is completely idiot-proof. there is nothing there that you cannot find without using the help tool (how many of you actualy do use the help tool. very very helpfull... ANYWHERE)

IrfanView is what I use for pics, mp3s, videos, and just about anything. It's free and easy to use!
