Theres alot of stuff you can use. i use;

Macromedia Dreamweaver
Adobe Web Collection

i use Adobe Photoshop for the graphics part.

really good really cool stuff.

I'm downloading a 30 day trial of Macromedia Dreamweaver, i don't know what happens when the 30 days are up though

Dreamweaver is the best one, for sure. And Fireworks to do the graphics (easiest software)

For html, you might wanna try Front Page (it comes in the MS Office Package and it´s just like Word)

Before the trial expires, you can run to Kazzaa and download its crack! hehehe
