Could someone help me?

When I try to add an avatar to my posts, it takes me to a page that has a no option chosen, and says displaying 1-0 of 0 and won't let me add one. When I go to options, the yes option under show avatar in thread view options is selected.

did you click change avatar?? and then you have to browse to upload it from puter and then click submit changes!!
