I'd say they're overrated, but I wouldn't necessarily say they suck. Linkin Park actually has quite a few good songs, but they use so many digital tricks that you lose sense of their talent.

Sorry to linkin park fans, but i think their music is bulls**t to call it rock music. Its techno/rap, with melodies only in the chorus.

I agree with all of you on the bands you've mentioned that I know of. Don't like LP, if a song comes on, the music is ok, but when he starts to sing, then I turn it off, too rappy for me, I too ONLY ROCK N ROLL!!!, nothing else. But for me the band I think is WAY over-rated and I hate more than any other (sorry if I offend anyone!!) But that would have to be System of A Down, I absolutely detest that band..It's just like with LP, when their music comes on the radio, the music is ok and then he opens up that mouth and that voice starts and I think I want to puke :vomit: It all started with that stupid song, Chop Suey, To Me, it's one of the stupidist songs I've EVER heard. Thanks for letting me vent and as I said b4, I'm really sorry (if any of you are fans) but they just don't do it for me and I don't mean to offend anyone! Rock On All!! :jam: :D

I TOTALLY agree with you, I detest System of the Down, his voice immediately pisses me off! I think that is his point though? I really dislike Linkin Park too, to me they are the ultimate over-rated band!:mad:
