I like Vitalogy and Yield the best, depends on my mood. I just picked up Binaural, though, and I'm liking it tons. Riot Act is good, but it's not their best stuff. It has been growing on me, though.

This is like asking someone to pick their favorite child...

But I'd have to go with Vitalogy. Riot Act is a lot like No Code and Vs. with a dash of Ten, but overall, it's a good rock album.

I don't have any of their albums. My favorite songs are:
Better Man
Daughter
Yellow Ledbetter.

I noticed the single for "I am Mine" is 8.99 at work, is there something special about it? Like is it a import, or maybe it has some extra songs. Most singles are only around 5 or 6 dollars. Just wondering.

Where's jango when you need him? I'm sure he knows :D.

I know. He probably does. If the albums are his children, I guess the singles are his grandchildren..............;)

LOL, I believe he is PJ's No. 1 fan. As Teri once said, he has a degree in Pearl Jam.

LMAO, a degree. They are coming here June 10, tickets go on sale this weekend, I think. They are playing in Selma, TX on my birthday. I would love to go to that one, but it's 7 hours away. I may wait until June, when I only have to drive 5 min.

Don't waste a second when they go on sale. The Philly show sold out in 18 minutes.

Yikes, I guess I will have to pull a Creed on them and get there real early. The thing is with Creed it is easier with The Pit, but if Pearl Jam has seats on the floor and not Pit, I bet their will be campers and the Arena is not in the best neighborhood. How early did you get there to get yours?

stop listening to them after vitalogy

but i would have to say Vs

they are coming to TO, Canada..concerts already sold out

... and stop listening to m3lissa after "stop."

The I am Mine is probably an import with a b-side single "Down." Good stuff, I'd just buy Riot Act rather than spend 9 bucks on one song.

Yeah, there's no pit, but there are seats on the floor. Most of the lower level seats go to Ten members, the fan club. They get first dibs through some sort of presale thing. You can join it online, but I don't know how much it is....I was happy to get tickets at all. I went down to the venue's box office and waited three hours in line.

LMAO, Jango.

Thanks for the info. Dogstar. I will keep that in mind. I am gonna check the exact date that they go on sale, but I would love to be as close as possible. Thanks again.

Did you mean that you personally stopped listening to them after Vitaology, or are you suggesting that everyone should stop after Vitalogy? It may just be a misunderstanding.

Pearl Jam rock.
Unfortuantely they aint comin to new zealand anymore, total bummer. They were meant to come like a couple of months ago for the aus/nz tour. And they had to decide whether to go to australia and nz, or australia and japan. And seeing they have been to nz more than japan, they are goin to japan.
So that was a total bummer.

Dogstar
03-12-2003, 01:52 AM
That sucks, Facelesskiwi. Have you ever seen them before? This will be my first time :D (4/28 Philly).

faceless kiwi

Dogstar
03-12-2003, 02:47 AM
Wow, well at least you saw a good one in concert :)! Who are the good local bands down your way?

faceless kiwi
03-13-2003, 01:39 AM
Good local rock bands lets see.
Um well Pacifier and The Feelers would be the best Kiwi bands.
And Savant is also quite popular.
Apart from that i guess nuffin.

Pearl Jam so blew us off, lol.

DangerousDan85
03-13-2003, 01:45 AM

I'm surprised afew of you said vitalogy was your fav pearl jam album. I dont know, i just cant rate that album compared with ten, vs.
Theres some awesome stuff on there, better man, immortality, nothing man, etc.
But there is so much stuff i dont like as well.

But whats up with bugs?
