They're just a bunch of narrated mini-interviews with the band, not sure if Creed produced them or if it was from some other company.

You probably won't learn much if you've read past interviews, but it is a nice thing to have for nostalgia, if nothing else.

Yeah, I have it. I found it accidentially one day while I was randomly flipping through some CDs at a store and and quickly purchased it. It is the unauthorized biography of Creed (basically meaning that they nor their record producers had anything to do with it), and is quite a lot like any other biography you hear or read of the band, mostly focusing on Stapp.

It's good to have though.

If you are wanting to know as much as you can about Creed and the members, this is a great CD. It isn't a music CD, it has interviews and is narrated. If you are already a die-hard fan, and have read many of their interviews, you really won't learn very much, but this CD is a nice compilation of all the info floating around.
