I know too. I was very close to my Grandfather but I moved away to Texas. I never went to say good-bye and he was sick. He died soon after I left and I never got over it. I hope that you are doing ok. He was my hero when I was little and I miss him greatly. God is with you and beieve me your Grandfather is always gonna be by your side. :)

Hey man, i know exactly how you feel.

I lost my great grandmother whom i was VERY close with my whole life back in december.

I know how hard it is to cope sometimes, especially when you knew them well. The way i see it is that she would want me to wake up the next day and live my life as best i can and make her proud, and that is exactly what i plan to do.

I actually wrote a song for her after i found out she passed. I played it at her funeral service, i almost lost i halfway through and my voice cracked when i did. My entire family started to cry, but i knew i had to stay strong for them and for her.
