Creed Nominate for People's Choice Award Tonight

Just wanted to let everyone know in case you haven't heard, Creed is nominated for a People's Choice Award tonight for Favorite Music Group!! They're up against the Dixie Chicks and NSYNC. It's on CBS tonight at 9:00 pm eastern time. They've certainly got my vote!!!;)

My guess is no. The nomination isn't even listed on Creed's website. I'll have to check the VH1 site for appearances, but I don't think they'll be there.

Yeah, I didn't have that one on my watch list either. thanks for the info. could the fact that they aren't coming mean something? i would think they would run away with it too, but it was just a thought. i will be watching.

I seem to recall something about that show from watching it years ago. I think that the nominees know in advance who wins. So maybe the fact that our boys aren't going means maybe they didn't win. I don't know, so don't quote me on anything. But I don't care if they'll be there or not. I'm leaning more towards hoping they stay away from public appearances for awhile and just live their lives. If anyone deserves to be out of the spotlight for awhile it's them.

Creed will prob. not win. Rocker usually don't. It's usually someone much more mainstream. Dixie chicks will prob. win. They appeal to a larger fan base.YUK These people have no taste. (sorry to all you chicks fans, but please....)

You're welcome!! I'm not sure what it means either but I know they're going to be at the American Music Awards which are on tomorrow night as presenters from what I saw in the TV Guide. I can't remember how many awards they are nominated for tomorrow night but as always, I hope they win!!!

I think Mel Gibson might be on. It will be worth watching just to see him. lol It makes me no never mind that he is married and has like 7 kids. He is still so good looking and a great actor.

yes, rock on. i just saw it and got on to post it. i wish creed would have said a few words. when people said they didn't win, i couldn't imagine creed not walking away with the peoples choice award. i am so glad.

First I was shocked when they said it was a tie and that Creed was one of the choices, then I was floored when they announced Dixie Chicks because N'Suck was there in the audience. I was really surprised to see that. Hm.

I for one was extatic! When they said a tie, I thought, there is no way Creed is the one left out.

I think that there are some good people out there because there are so many teenie boppers that could have voted a trillion times and made nsync win, but I think it's awesome. I am really excited for them. Way to start off the new year.

They weren't they're to accept the award but I was so happy when they said it was a tie too, because I thought to myself, "Creed has got to be one of the two." I'm so happy for them!!! Congratulations, guys!!! Let's hope it's a good sign for the American Music Awards tonight!!;)
