Time?

Something seems to be having troubles judging what time it is on my posts. I just posted a 11:04 AM CDT, based on what my system clock says. Unfortunately, when the post showed up, it said 10:50 AM. What's up with that? If it was an hour difference, I would think it was something wrong with my settings, but 14 minutes? Weird... :confused:
