My dad has some sort of blockage around his heart and he's being examined Thursday to determine where and how extensive it is. If you all could keep him in your thoughts and prayers and send him some positive vibes, I'd be most appreciative. Thanks :)

I'll definitely pray that everything turns out alright. My dad had 3 blockages that required a bypass surgery, so I definitely understand this sort of thing.

Well, he has a few blockages, but they aren't in the major arteries, so he may get by on medicine. He'll know more tomorrow, when he meets with the doctors to discuss his options. Thanks so much, you guys :D.

Thanks, Julie. It seems they are going to try to control things with medication first. If that doesn't work, then he will have to have surgery. But at least it wasn't dire enough to put him in the hospital, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed. Thanks again, you guys, for all the positive thoughts and prayers. :D.

Me, too. He's going to be 72 in May, so I'm hoping the medication works.

So far, so good. He has new blood pressure medicine as well, which is working better.
