Um, no. I would never try them based on what the ingredients say. They are full of chemicals. :vomit:

Prepacked processed "food"...It's supposed to be cheese and some meat-like substance. But I don't even think they require refrigeration, which also would scare me off because cheese and meat usually need to be refrigerated.

Those things Are Like The Major Food Group they dont get in your way and you always get Desert and in the bigger ones you get a drink too SO YEA They Kick Ass dont worry about that doggy because its speciale meat and speciale cheese and thats why we are talking about these right now :) and not other food or other stuff because their good stuff try the ones with the frosting on the side and just cookies they also kick ass if you get a craving for eating frosting out of the can

LOL, rocketqueen, you crack me up. You can have them, though. They aren't for me, hehe. I prefer more natural stuff. Don't get me wrong, I eat my fair share of chemically-enhanced food, but I try to minimize it as much as possible. Those things just never appealed to me.

I get plenty of greens, but I don't always eat enough fruit, especially in the winter because it doesn't taste all that good. I eat a lot of fruit in the summer, though.

All I ate for luch last summer were luchables, because they were so easy to make, and I'm in perfect health. Skinny as a rail.
