Creed and Matchbox Twenty are expected to be on hand this week for the opening of a new restaurant in Florida. They'll all be at the Hard Rock Hotel in Orlando on Wednesday, 10.29, for the unveiling of the new full-service restaurant The Kitchen, which has been designed to look like the kitchen in a rock star's mansion. Others who should also be there include the Fixx, Alice Cooper, Joan Jett, and a couple of former members of Deep Purple.

The Kitchen, which is in the redesigned space that formerly held The Sunset Grill, features culinary-themed memorabilia from celebrity guests of the hotel. It's expected that visiting rock stars will do cooking demonstrations of their favorite dishes at The Kitchen, after which their autographed chef's wear will go up on the "Apron Wall."
